The
Optimate 500NT product line of ONTs, are customer premise
equipment (CPE) Optical Network Termination (ONT) units,
which are located inside the customer business building
and provides the appropriate services towards the Customer
Premises Network (CPN).
The Optimate 500NT portfolio supports the transport
of various customer services, such as Ethernet (10/100
BaseT), Video and TDM (POTS, Native E1/T1) over a passive
optical network.
The 500NT product line is typically used to supply broadband
triple play services to small business, small/home office
(SOHO) and residential customers (SFU).
The 500NT products have fix configuration of service set
and utilizes the same GPON protocol and network capabilities
as the Optimate1000NT.

applications, the Optimate 1000NT is the leading product
in FlexLight’s CPE line of optical access products,
and is fully compatible with the Optimate 2500 family
of products and network management The high capacity 1000NT
supports a 2.488/1.244 Gbps PON, and allows the service
provider to offer to its customers unprecedented service
qualities manifested in high bandwidth, integrated services
and easy provisioning. The Optimate 1000NT offers a rich,
24-ports, combination of Ethernet (10/100 BaseT), POTS,
E1/T1 ports and Video Interface.
